Diagnostic study:
Patient with class III of skeletal origin produced a crossbite in the anterior and posterior sectors. Presence of root remains and neck cavities in several of the teeth that are present in the mouth. Advanced periodontal disease in both arches.
Case planning:
Performing multiple extractions both in the upper arch and in the posterior sectors of the lower arch, being able to maintain the lower anterofront. Periodontal treatment of the teeth maintained in the lower arch and subsequent implant placement (6 implants in the upper arch, 4 implants in the lower arch). The aim is to rehabilitate the lost vertical dimension as well as correct the malocclusion in both arches, with rehabilitation being necessary through direct tooth crowns in the lower arch and making crowns on implants in the entire upper arch and lower posterior sectors.
