Fixed teeth in a few hours

40 years returning smiles

At Dental Corbella, we practice what we call “Advanced Implantology”, which means that in the vast majority of cases we can perform the entire procedure in a single session. This includes the extraction of affected teeth, the placement of dental implants and fixed teeth, all in a single session. If you choose our Monitored Sedation option, the procedure will be practically imperceptible to the patient.

Our objetive,
that everyone can have fixed teeth.

Therefore, we prefer to avoid removable prostheses. Not even provisionally.

EVERYTHING IN ONE SESSION. We make it a minimally invasive, fast, and safe treatment. The patient will achieve maximum satisfaction in record time.

Can all teeth be replaced?

The cases in which the patient requires complete rehabilitation (we are talking about one jaw or both) are undoubtedly those that end up most satisfied at Dental Corbella.

As we said, it is possible to chew or smile again in a single session; even in patients with little bone in the jaws. Specifically, the procedure can be explained in several steps:

Intervention

The patient receives sedation first. Then, the diseased teeth are extracted, if necessary, and the required implants are placed in the jaws. The surgery usually lasts 1 to 2 hours, and thanks to Monitored Sedation, the patient will barely notice the passage of time during the procedure, and will be completely relaxed.

Fixed teeth

After a few hours after the surgery, we place the fixed teeth created in our exclusive laboratory. From this moment on, the patient regains the ability to bite and smile with confidence, since he has a fixed denture that, although provisional, works almost as well as the definitive one. At this stage, a diet of medium consistency is recommended; It is not necessary to opt for soft foods.

Permanent prosthesis

After a few weeks, we carry out a control review and make the necessary adjustments. In some cases, at this stage, treatment is considered complete. In others, we schedule an appointment to begin the transition to a permanent prosthesis, which is generally made of ceramic.
